Dr. Andre Artis

Dr. Andre Artis earned his Bachelor’s at Oakwood University, then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Meharry Medical College. He then completed his General Practice Residency (GPR) at BronxCare Hospital Systems in New York City. After completion, he practiced as a General Dentist in private practice and as an Adjunct Facility with ATSU Dental School in Saint Louis, MO. He later completed his specialty training in Periodontics at Saint Louis University's Center for Advanced Dental Education, earning both his Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science degree.

With more than nine years of clinical experience, Dr. Artis is passionate about implant dentistry, regenerative bone and soft tissue procedures, and the treatment of advanced periodontal disease. He combines advanced techniques, including guided implant surgery, laser-assisted periodontal therapy, CBCT-guided treatment planning, and regenerative procedures, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Dr. Artis believes exceptional care begins with clear communication, ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment while partnering closely with their restorative dentist to achieve lasting oral health.

Dr. Artis is committed to lifelong learning and remaining at the forefront of periodontal and implant therapy through continuing education, peer-reviewed research, study groups, and advanced hands-on training. His research includes a comprehensive systematic review examining host immune signaling pathways in periodontal disease, reflecting his dedication to evidence-based care. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, his local dental society, and participates in the Seattle Study Club.
