Our team is dedicated to your ongoing oral health. We’ll do everything we can to help you with financial arrangements for your dental services — no matter what treatment you need. We offer a wide range of payment options so you can get the care you need, when you need it.

As a courtesy, we’re happy to complete and file insurance claims to maximize your coverage and flex spending. If your insurance company has questions, we’ll provide documented proof of your visit including X-rays and diagnostic reports.
Every plan is different — contact your carrier for policy details, then share what you learn with our doctors. If a service isn’t covered, we’ll build a plan that meets your needs and fits your budget.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept:
- Check
- Debit Card — no fee
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex)
- Cherry financing
- CareCredit financing
Credit Cards: A 3.0% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is not more than our cost of accepting credit cards.
Debit Cards: There is no fee.
Scheduling
We’ll schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency, we’ll make every attempt to see you the same day. Office hours:
- Mon – Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
Please Note
Cancellation policy
We ask that you provide us with at least two (2) business days’ notice if you’re unable to keep an appointment.
Cancelled or rescheduled appointments without proper notice make it difficult to provide optimum care for other patients waiting to be seen. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than two business days’ notice may result in an additional charge. We appreciate your consideration.
