Dr. Abdulla Alani
Dr. Alani graduated from dental school in 2011 from the Modern Sciences and Arts University. In 2016 he received his Diploma of Membership in General Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He then completed his specialty training in periodontics at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2024, where he focused on dental implant placement using robotic surgery.
Dr. Alani is a former Clinical Assistant Professor in the Post-Doctoral Periodontology Department at Boston University. He specializes in periodontology and implant dentistry, with a particular emphasis on anterior implant aesthetics and minimally invasive cosmetic regenerative procedures.
His approach to patient care is centered on listening, education, and trust. He believes in partnering with patients by clearly explaining diagnoses and treatment options so they can make informed decisions. He is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a comfortable environment and building long-term relationships. He has a strong interest in orthodontics, particularly Surgically Facilitated Orthodontic Therapy using the minimally invasive Piezocision technique, and stays current through continuing education and ongoing review of dental literature.
